Scour 100

Scour 100 is a 100% active, environmentally friendly solvent scouring auxiliary. It is a rapid wetter with excellent emulsification properties for the removal of various oils, dirt, grease and even tar. The product can improve the dyeing and leveling of all dyestuffs including, basic, acid, disperse, and others. Scour 100 is stable to salts, sodium hydrosulfite, sequestrants, as well as acid and alkaline agents. It can be used at over a wide pH range and remains stable to 160F.

Application

For scouring, add .3-.5 g/l of Scour 100 pre-diluted with 2 parts warm water, followed by normal scouring. It is compatible with all anionic and nonionic auxiliaries.
