Net Resin LF
Net Resin LF is a flameproof, firm resin designed strictly for nylon
nets to give maximum flame retardancy and maximum firmness required for nylon
netting. The product falls below OSHA standards for free formaldehyde making it
the lowest on the market for free formaldehyde levels of other like products.
It is a viscous resin offering a fast cure with no powdering when properly
cured.

Application
After the goods are scoured, the product is applied at 80-90% with the preferred catalyst. Fabrics should be full dipped, nipped and then cured at 320-360F dependent upon speed and length of frame. Any dilution should be with cool water as hot water reduces bath-life. Fabrics treated with Net Resin LF exhibit higher tensile strength and greater flame retardancy over like products.
