Comprosperse LF

Comprosperse LF is a low foaming dye dispersant for polyester yarns and ensures bath stability and dispersability. By adding the product to the dye bath inhibits agglomeration of trimers and keeps them from depositing on the yarn. Comprosperse LF does not alter the shade of the colorants nor does it impart an objectionable odor. There is no effect on crockfastness and it is compatible with other auxiliaries. The product has the capability to put a charge on the particles and are strong enough to overcome the attractive forces, thereby, keeping them separated even under severe conditions.

Application

Comprosperse LF can be added directly to the dyebath at 130 degrees F. The Ph should be adjusted to 4-5.0 with acetic acid first before adding1-2g/l of the product. Use 2 g/l on dark shades. Comprosperse LF has a very fine particle size and is fast dispersing. Yarns with exceptionally high trimer content should be dyed at 120 degrees C. For a shorter dye cycle the addition of Compro H-150 can be added to control exhaustion and improve color yield
