Comprofix

Comprofix is a substantive resinous compound designed to fix direct dyes on cotton and rayon. It can drastically reduce bleeding and crocking of direct colors, as well as increase the fastness properties. It can be applied by exhaustion or padding.

Comprofix is far superior to competitive fixing auxiliaries in performance, solids, and price.

Advantages are:

· Prevents the bleeding of prints into white discharge

· Compatible with resins, cationic softeners, & other auxiliaries

Application

Comprofix can be diluted in ½ to yield the industry standard of 35% solids.

Goods should be rinsed well before adding .5-1.5% of Comprofix to the last rinse. Treatment is conducted for 15 minutes at 100 degrees F and dried. If applying by padding, 1-2%. In combination with thermosetting resins, use 1 %.
