Catalyst AC-25

Catalyst AC-25 is a latent salt based catalyst designed for resin formulations. It is faster acting than most catalysts and will minimize color change and not yellow when used properly to produce a resin finished fabric with a near neutral pH.

Other features are:

· No effect on tear & tensile strength

· Minimizes the chance of over/under curing

· Fast acting

· Cure ratios are more consistent

· Can withstand higher curing temperatures

Application:

We recommend using 2.5-3 % Catalyst AC-25 based on the weight of the resin. For higher viscosity resins like our Net Resin, 2% is sufficient.
