Compro SilSoft

Compro SilSoft takes a whole new approach to ultra-softening. Most cationic softeners forfeit their softening effect through washings and/or dry-cleaning. Compro SilSoft is a high solids, micro emulsion of blended cationics containing epoxy, modified silicones designed for ultra softening of various fibers. It will leave a soft, luxurious, full-bodied, silk-like feel, however, unlike other softeners, remains durable. Being substantive, it can be applied through exhaustion or padding.

This particular product offers durability to repeated washings and drycleaning. Furthermore, this softener will increase the hydrophilicity of synthetic fibers and not reduce the absorbency of natural hydrophilic fabrics.

Application

Typical predilution would be at 1 part Compro SilSoft to 1 part water before adding to the bath. Usage is generally 1-2% for exhaustion. For padding, use 1-3%.
